Choquequirao is exceptionally incredible as Machu Picchu, this old Inca city was a station and is shockingly safeguarded; it is less known than Machu Picchu; it isn’t totally investigated, it is virgin, and it is free of substantial groups. It is come to by a less known Inca street 60 km (38 miles) in length. Choquequirao is known as the sister of Machu Picchu.
It is a huge archeological complex with structures and porches, all things considered, some portion of the city is still during the time spent cleaning and reclamation, since it is covered by vegetation gathered over hundreds of years, notwithstanding, this is a piece of its appeal since it transforms the experience into a legitimate investigation.

It is four hours away from Cusco. Here we will be meeting our crew (muleteers and cook). So while our team will be organizing your belongings, you can have your breakfast at one of the local restaurants.
After your breakfast, our trek expert will be sharing some tips and will give you a safety briefing. Then we will begin the trek with a gradual uphill climb to the Capuliyoc viewpoint. From here, you will get stunning views of the snow-capped peak of Padreyoc mountain.
We will then hike down the hill for two and a half hours to Chikiska. It is an Oasis. On our way, we will be crossing many plantations. After a short break, we will be continuing for thirty minutes to Playa Rosalinas. Here we will be serving you lunch. We will be serving you an authentic Peruvian meal. After lunch, we will be crossing the Rosalina’s bridge. The bridge connects two states of Peru (Apurimac and Cusco). We will be entering Cusco.
From the Rosalina’s bridge, we will be hiking two hours up the hill to our campsite in Santa Rosa.
After a comforting breakfast, we will continue the ascent; this day, we ascend to the community of Marampata (2870 masl); it is here where we will leave all our things since it will be our camping night here. We will continue for two more hours until we reach Choquequirao and make a visit for the whole day. We will enjoy a picnic lunch and continue our exploration.
In the afternoon, we will return to the town of Marampata, where we will camp.
All meals included.
After breakfast, we begin our return walk and descent to Rosalina beach, this is where we will have lunch and enjoy a break before starting the ascent to Chiquisca (1910 masl) where we will camp.
Your tour guide will wake you up very early to take advantage of the cooler hours of the morning and hike uphill for 4 hours to the Capuliyoc viewpoint. In the morning, the view of the snowy Padreyoc with the sunrise over its highest point is amazing. Once you arrive in Capuliyoc, your porter staff will be waiting for you with a cold fruit juice and a delicious buffet lunch. Afterward, you will board our private van for 2 hours to the beautiful and crystalline thermo-medicinal waters of Conoc to relax those muscles that were demanded to the maximum in the Choquequirao trek.
Then you will board the van again for 2 hours to the town of Ollantaytambo, where you will have dinner at a local restaurant. At 7 p.m. you will board the Peru Rail Expedition tourist train for 1 hour and 45 minutes to Aguas Calientes, the closest town to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, your guide will leave you at your hotel and will also tell you the time you will go up the next day to visit and explore Machu Picchu. Finally, you can say that! the journey through the Choquequirao trek has ended and now the trip to the Machu Picchu destination begins¡.

Our tour of Machu Picchu will last about two hours and will take you to all the most famous and most spectacular parts of the extensive archaeological complex. These include the House of the Guardian, Intihuatana, Temple of the Sun, Sacred Plaza, and other vital locations.
