Cusco Express: Cusco and Machu Picchu – 3 Days

• Cusco Tour begins once you arrive at the airport of Cusco before noon; our staff will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the designated hotel (15 minutes). In the afternoon, you will have a guided city tour that starts at 01:30 p.m. and last for 4:30 hours. During the city tour, you’ll visit six places (entrance to the archaeological centers and museums are included).
• The tour ends at 06:00 p.m; approximately in the Main Square, so you can take dinner in one of the restaurants and then overnight (No meals included).

• We’ll pick you up from the hotel at 4:00 am and travel by car for 1:45 hours to the train station of Ollantaytambo, from where we’ll board a morning train that winds through the spectacular Urubamba Valley to the end of the line: the village of «Aguas Calientes» located near Machu Picchu. Join our local guide for a detailed interpretation of Machu Picchu and the Inca history.
• During the tour, you’ll visit the most important sites of Machu Picchu: The agricultural terraces, the temples of the water, of the sun, the main god, the temple of the Condor, sundial, quarry, etc. The tour will last for 2-3 hours approx.
• There is free time to explore on your own after the tour, and the opportunity to climb «Wayna Picchu» Mountain. In the afternoon return by train to Ollantaytambo train station; from where you will be transferred to the hotel in Cusco.
