What happens if I change my passport after booking a tour?

If your tour requires passport details and you receive a new passport after booking, please send us copies of both your old and new passports immediately. This ensures we can update your booking details and avoid any issues with permits or entry that might require passport verification.

Can I book now with my old passport number and update it later?

Yes, you can book with your old passport number. However, if you receive a new passport before your tour starts, you must provide us with copies of both your old and new passports to update your booking information accordingly.

I have dual citizenship. Which passport should I use to book my tour?

Please book your tour using the passport that you will be traveling with. If any passport details change or if you decide to travel with the other passport after booking, inform us and send copies of both passports to ensure we have the correct details on file.

What are 'Additional Services'?

Additional Services are optional upgrades to enhance your tour, such as hotel upgrades or special activity passes. While your package covers essentials for a great experience, these allow for a personalized touch. Check your tour’s inclusions before adding services.

What if I need to book additional services or activities after I've already made my booking?

You can add additional services or activities by contacting our customer service. We will assist you with the update and any price adjustments.

Is a deposit required, and when is the full payment due?

A deposit, typically around 30% but variable by tour, is needed to secure your booking. The final payment is due 2 days before the tour’s start date. For tours outside of Cusco, full payment may be required upfront. Please check the specific tour details for deposit information.

What should I do if I accidentally enter incorrect data when booking?

If you enter any details incorrectly during the booking process, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct information. For tours requiring passport information, please provide a copy of your passport to ensure all details are accurate. Keep in mind that some corrections may incur additional fees if tickets or permits need to be reissued.

How can I pay for my tour?

For instant payments, we welcome you to use PayPal. If you’re using a credit or debit card, please click ‘BOOK AND PAY LATER’ during the booking process. To settle your payment, please go to PAYMENT where you’ll find a straightforward and secure payment form.

When should I complete my 'BOOK AND PAY LATER' payment?

It’s important to finalize your payment shortly after booking. Please head over to PAYMENT at your earliest convenience to confirm your spot on the tour.

How and when will my tour be confirmed?

Once you complete your booking, you’ll immediately receive an automated email acknowledging we’ve received it. Within a maximum of 24 hours, our team will review your details and send a second, personalized email confirming your tour, including your booking reference and itinerary. If you don’t receive both emails within this period, please reach out to us for assistance.

Do I need to confirm my booking before the tour date?

We recommend reconfirming your booking 24-48 hours before the tour start date. This ensures any last-minute details are communicated.

What transaction fees apply to credit/debit card and PayPal payments?

For any credit/debit card payments, a 4% fee is added to cover the bank commission. PayPal payments include a 6% fee plus an additional USD 10. These fees are automatically included in your payment summary at checkout.
